RETURN POLICY

GiGi Ferranti takes great care in creating beautiful and lasting Jewelry. Each piece is made with genuine natural gemstones, therefore each stone is unique and may have different characteristics and slight variations in color.        

Most of our items are made to order so select carefully.  We will take back any regular priced items for a full refund. The refund will be returned to the original way you purchased whether it be a credit card or a paypal transaction. We will accept unworn items in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery.  

To be eligible for a refund or store credit your item must be unused, unaltered and in perfect condition. It must also be in the original packaging and the box with tags attached and your original sales receipt. Keep in mind, if any offers or gifts with purchase are part of the sale, the gift with purchase must be returned as well. All sale items are a final sale and not eligible for a return or store credit.

Please email info@gigiferrantijewelry.com for return approval (RA) and return authorizations codes; you must have an approval code before you ship your item back to us. We will email you your RA# and the address to which the return should be sent. We will not accept any packages that have not been pre-approved for return. You will receive an RA # that you must write on the outside of the box used for shipping. Any box received without prior approval and our RA# on it will not be accepted.

Please insure your package and ship it via trackable method with a signature required. Please pack your items carefully and wrap them to secure them from damage. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost.

A refund or store credit will be issued once we inspect the item. 

No refunds or exchanges will be given for custom designs, special orders or  sale items.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on domestic and Canadian orders. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for your order to ship so we can ensure each item meets our high quality standards. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If the item is not available for any reason or there's a delay in shipment we will send you a notification via email. 

All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS with signature required; there must be someone at least 18 years or older to sign for the package. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to re - route your package once it has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to International Destinations. If you do not see your country listed feel free to contact us. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and based on the items being purchased.  We use Fedex or UPS as our international shippers.  All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
